Edited post now missing?

Hey mods or admin, I made my first post yesterday in the Freshwater General forum. At first, my pictures didn't show up, so I edited them and they were visible in the editing screen. When I pushed "save" I got a warning message and then my post disappeared from the forum.

I can't remember what the warning said. Dang it!

What did I do wrong?

You need ten posts before you can add photos. I believe it's a spam blocking procedure to make sure your real. I see you've got 2 as of today so look for 8 somethings to comment on.

It should let you add photos. Links will need approval. You can only edit within the first 6ish minutes of posting

Yes as Jonathan said when you first join the site links and pictures need approval from a staff member. This helps keep down the spam. Little bit of an inconvience but safer for our members. Thanks for understanding.

Can I just check edits are only allowed within 6 minutes of original post? I had an idea it was 4 or so hours? Thanks
