Are Nitrile gloves safe to use for cleaning the inside of the aquarium? Sometimes, I feel that using my hands is easier to clean the walls and ornaments to avoid moving too many things around and raising too much waste from the gravel. You have to do the latter if using the thicker scrubbing equipment. Please note that I do the best I can to remove the stuff from the gravel but I also can't clean everything on the same day. Walls one day, Gravel another, Filter another, etc.

I have the exact gloves, shoulder length, and I LOVE them. They were also sorta a requirement since I found out I was allergic to almost every micro and macro supplement in the tank...
Bottom line? Awesome investment and I haven't seen any issues with those gloves and my tanks!

You are my saviour! I was hesitant due to the material and limitations of items that can be put inside of the tank. Off to my purchase; Have a good day!

Glad I could help!
My purchase was a necessity since I had a *severe* allergic reaction from going in bare-skinned. Since then, I have fallen in love with them. Even if I need to tinker before work or in long sleeves, I can!
Just be aware of the little breather hole at the very tippy top. On the shoulder length gloves, it's hard to get in that deep, but if you do...
That water wants in! Lol.
Hope they work as well for you and they do for me!!
