Emails not being sent for replies?

Hi,

I've noticed quite a lot lately that I am not receiving email notifications for replies to my posts. It's not always happening though. Generally I'd say it's consistent except for the once or twice it does come through, so I don't think it's my spam filter (gmail).

Any thoughts on this? Is it possible to check the smtp logs to see if the messages are at least being sent?

There is a KNOWN issue that has broken the default subscribe to a topic you create so new topics you create do NOT auto subscribe so you do NOT get an email. If you want to get an email you MUST click the Watch this topic for replies link if you create a new topic.

Replys to existing topics DO get subscribed to send emails.
