Getting some from a good breeder and was wondering if anyone have any information/experience on them

gratz! do you have a tank set up for them?

Get sulawesi 8.5! =) it'll make your life soooo easy

yeah i already have a 11.3 gallon truaqua tank set up with some rili plants etc just waiting for them i cant wait ! lol

i'm not sure you should house them together.

Cardinal shrimps needs ph of 8.5 and temp of 80, rili can live in those parameters but wont breed as readily.

cardinal shrimps are not that hard if you have the right setup for them, heater to maintain 80 degrees, RO/distilled water remineralized with sulawesi 8.5, crush croal mix into substrate. all done.

But i am not sure if your rili will like those parameters..

the breeder i bought them from they are 2nd generation and have thrived with his RCS so im gonna give it a go, ive spoken with a few people and 2nd generation shrimps can live with temp of 80 and be more forgiving on the salt part aslong as you use ro water/distilled i have up aqua shrimp soil so that helps with minerals
