Feather dusters

I've got four feather dusters on a leather, is it normal for them to turn rotate their fans?
It's not a problem... It look good.
I was just wondering if others do it

I've seen various species do that. It's probably just the worm rolling over in its tube.

My hawaiian feather duster does it. I think it's a mechanism to help catch food floating past
