I have the blue licknia Star and I`ve had him for about a year and only tried to feed him once and the fish took off with it then. He has been roaming the tank picking up scraps when he can. I`ve heard others say they will take a piece of shrimp and put it under them but as I stated earlier watch out for the fish.

Keep the temperature and salinity stable -- they pretty much clean up scraps and the rock work. Low maintenance -- high tank maintenance, however.
