I have a bunch of small minnow fry and I was wondering if I could feed them to my 2 bettas and goldfish. They will for in the betta mouth for sure.

If you're confident that the fry are disease/parasite free, then I'd go for it.

How can i make sure? They look good.

Are they your own personal fry? If so... How long have you had the parents. Assuming they are your own fry I don't see any issues. My fish eat my guppy fry quite often.

They were caught from a small pond.

Hmm...personally I wouldn't risk it. I agree with serena, if they were from one of your tanks then yeah, but wild caught could introduce parasites.
