Female Molly is being mean

My female Molly (who I think is pregnant) is being kinda mean to my male Molly. She keeps going and pecking at him or she will swim up under him and looks to be pushing him. Why is this?

Are you sure its a female and not a large male? The males do this when they're mating.. do you have a picture of them both?
