fighting ich!!!

well im fighting ich and what im doing is this:

did a pwc 25%
slowly raising temp
added rid ich by kordon due that salt might kill my plants n catfish

what else should i do????

oh yeah i did read that ich one but it doesnt say anything about planted tanks
