Filtration for 75 gal

I am starting a new 75 gal. set up and was wondering about this for filtration. Is 2 Aqua clear 110 filters too much ? Or should I go with 1 Aqua clear and a sponge filter. Will have some plants, angels , plecos and khuli loaches. The 110 is rated to pump 500 GPH. x 2 ?? Any input would definitely help.

I use an AquaClear with a canister filter: it’s the best of both worlds.
