Fin rot?

Hello, I have a new Oranda goldfish that I recently purchased. I noticed today that she was being a little more lethargic than her normal self. She also has a little white line on one of her back fins and the fin looks a little mangled. I am worried for her since she is being less active than usual. Sorry for the really bad picture

One to watch I think and make sure it doesn’t get worse. Ime (hard to tell from photo) it should heal fine. I’d check water chemistry more often and keep up water changes.
