Fish calculator 2 ?

I could not post a reply or edit last post butwhen i try the calculator it keeps telling me to specify a water type fresh or salt but i did check the fresh so then i tried salt and same problem so i think there is some type of error anyhow does anyone know how many inches can go in a 39g fresh waer tank? thanks
