So I have a few tetras. All purchased at the same time about a month ago. I'm just curious if some fish can grow faster than others. They are all white skirt tetras. But one of them is about his full adult size. While the other ones have bairly grown since I got them. Is this normal? All of them eat about the same amount so I don't know why they are not growing like he is. Should I change something about my care for them? Thanks.

Yes this is completely normal in a group. Best way you could help the little guys is spread the food out a little more so that the big one can't hog it all the way he has been doing.
