Fish in Canal

I found these little fish that with the internet i almost identified them as bass fry. how do i care for these and r they bass or not? they were in a canal drainage tube with many other ones like them

That is no bass fry, that is either Gambusia affinis (western) or Gambusia holbrooki (eastern) better know as mosquitofish. They are a live bearer and should be cared for the same as you would guppies or endlers.
 
Definetly mosquito fish. I wonder if they can get colorful like guppies.
 
.....wait do they have like one black spot on their tail?!
