My platy started with a white transparent mark on his nose/head and then clamped fins and now his back tail is deteriorating.. He swims around fine and eats... What's going on
Thanks

I just had a similar thing happen to a ghost cat. His mouth antenna things started to shrink and then his tail fins. I thought it was a tankage nibbling but maybe it was some disease?

The water levels are all fine, been steady for months. All other fish are healthy and happy. He doesn't get picked on...

Thanks for the all answers! I went out and bought Mardel Maracyn to treat fungus, however I'm wondering now if that's going to hurt my platy fry? Thanks!

Well clamped fins are usually a sign of poor water quality. What are your readings? Are you using a drip test or strip tests? And it shouldn't harm the fry from what I know.
