Can anyone suggest what kind of fish I could add in my 4 gallon salt water tank. I assume it would be a small fish but I really don't know much about salt water fish. Currently, I have live rock, live sand, feather duster, and a hermit crab in my tank.

Gotta give people time to see your post. You only just posted a few minutes ago.
I don't know of a fish that would do well in a tank that size. You could do some inverts like some small shrimps.

I dunno maybe a neon goby? I don't think there is enough live rock/sand to support one though. Shrimp are cool but with only 4 gallons you are pretty limited.

the ony fish that comes to mind is a clown goby. They do not really require a lot of space as they like to "pearch" on rocks or coals. That is still pushig it. I like Fluff's idea of some inverts. Please give your posts at least a day or two before you bump.
