fishless cycle

What is the process on a fishless cycle, I put 2 hardy fish in my 1st tank to get it started and on my new 75 I would like to try a fishless cycle.

I did it with adding the ammonia in a 125 gallon tank, took about 4-5 weeks. Drags and drags on lol.

I have a tank I bought the fishless cycle and then I put 10 goldfish in there and boom a week later my tank is ready to go no problems yet

just finished my fishless cycle with the above link. finished my cycle in my 30 gal hex in 2.5 weeks, and now have four happy and healthy african cichlids with room for more.

pH: 7.4
ammo: 0ppm
nitrIte: 0ppm
nitrAte: ~20ppm
temp: 72

perfect results.
