Fluval FX5 Media?

I have a FX5, what does everyone suggest for media and which basket (top, middle, bottom) to put in? I have a community 125gal freshwater tank.

I have an FX5 and I use plastic pot scrubbers. And filter floss. You can buy the ceramic rings and bio balls, but the pot scrubbers work the same.

i Have cloudy water... will not go away. I can not figure it out!!! haha

how long has the tank been up? What kind of cloudy? is it white or green (you can use a white cup to find out what color it is).

Top tray should be crammed with polyester pillow stuffing from the crafts section in W**-Mart. The other two should be filled with Seachem Matrix. It is the best biomedia out there. You only have to buy biomedia once so don't cheap out on it. Clean the filter monthly.
