I feed my Pictus Catfish bottom feeder pellets, but my Blood Red Parrot Cichlids always take almost all of the pellets. How can I stop this?

I had the Exact same problem.
My solution was bigger pellets that the other fish couldn't fit in their mouth so they make it to the bottom and my loaches can munch on them.

I love my fish!!!

But my catfish is smaller than the fish stealing the food.

I feed these to Kuhli loaches which have tiny mouths. They just bite off little chunks.

How big are the other fish? Could they still eat the big ones in one bite?

They should just probably try to bite at these, realize they are too big, and let them sink. Just make sure you feed the other fish at the same time so they are preoccupied with their own food.

I feed mine the hikari sinking wafers 1st. Then feed frozen bloodworms next. Everyone becomes preoccupied with the bloodworms while my corys are eating the wafers.
