Found drift wood

It's hard as a rock. It feels light to the weight. It might not even sink. I'll have to soak it I guess. What do you think?
 
You can try, I just am wary about these sorta things. If it's been somewhere that's not a fish tank, there's no telling what critters hitched a ride on it. Rinse it well, hope for the best! Good luck!
