My Golden Apple Snails (aquarium or pond, canaliculatas) have recently provided me with dozens of babies that need a home. I'm offering these to Illinois residents who want to keep them alive...i.e...not for feeding to your otherfish or pets. These free snails eat all plants and vegetables.
Right now they are 1/2 inch or less, but they will grow to larger than golfball size. Again, not the right snails for a planted pond or tank, but very cool otherwise!
Taker pays shipping, priority or overnight, your choice.
P.S. Take only *one* if you don't want snail eggs of your own.
P.P.S. Recent new laws forbid me to ship these outside Illinois.
My mom and I have been looking for someone with canaliculatas aka The Baseball Snail for a long time . We live in missouri though, phooey it would figure. What if someone drove over and picked some up? Is that illegal?
