Hello all,
A few days ago my German Blue Rams laid eggs. At first I thought they were not fertilized as they were white, but sure enough, 2 days later they hatched. Today is day 3 with them. I have kept the fry with the parents and removed any semi-aggressive fish from the tank. They aren't swimming yet but they will soon. What do I do next? How long should they stay with the parents? When do I feed them? I also put a sponge over the filter vent to prevent them from getting sucked in.

Baby brine shrimp is best choice of food.
Micro worms or vinegar eels also.
They(some) may eat powdered food but probably not.
Remove the parents after they are free swimming for best chance or see how parents do with them.
Theses are pretty difficult fry to raise so count this as a learning time(for both fish and you).
Enjoy!

They won't be able to take baby brine until 4-7 days free swimming. Infusoria, microworms and a small prepared food like hikari first bites are good starters. Most of all good luck.
