German Blue Ram female hovering at top of tank with red tuft hanging out of belly?

My female German Blue Ram has been hovering near the top of the tank for the last couple days and refusing food... Her fins are slightly clamped and if I look really closely I see what looks like a tuft of red stuff distending out of her belly (maybe like she's pooping worms?). I apologize for the low quality picture, but you can just make it out...

Any idea what it is? The water parameters are 0 for ammonia and nitrate, and 20 for nitrates. I have prazipro, Maracyn, Furan-2, Rid Fungus, and Jungle Buddies Fungus Clear meds available, but none of their descriptions seem to match her symptoms... Please help!

I don't think there is much you can do. I'd do a 50% WC to being nitrates to 10 ppm but other than that there isn't a solid solution.
