Last time water flow down 1" now change to 2". Almost 2 day cycled. If with this filter how many day to cycle?

Cycling could take anywhere from a few days to weeks..hard to tell exactly how long its gonna take

i've never seen a cycle last a few days. it's going to be at least a couple weeks.
you'll need to add an ammonia source to start a cycle. is that rock from the old tank that was already cycled? was that rock out of water for long?

if you explain how you accomplished the transformation, we may be able to give you a better idea on the cycle.

I say a couple weeks to several weeks. We have an excellent article on SW cycling in out SW articles.

Sorry, I was taking into account if someone transferred live rock and established filter media...guess that's considered a mini-cycle

not even. in that case there would be nothing except maybe a diatom bloom on new surfaces.
