Glo light in saltwater reef tank

I have a 10 gallon saltwater tank with live rock, live sand, 2 hermit crabs, 3 snails, 1 coral frag, and 1 black and white ocellaris clown. I used the same glo lights that I had for my glofish. 2 months and all looks well. Is this ok for my rock and animals?

What type of coral is it, I highly doubt those lights will keep It alive for long

I received it as a gift from my dentist. He said it was a mushroom, looks kind of like a green star polyp. Will my fish do ok?

Yeah the fish will do fine, if it is a mushroom it will probably survive just not grow, they can literally take most any lights lol
