why does my water look glowing when i have my lights on. The water is clean and i have two fluval 306 running with activated carbon and purigen in one, because i thought that would help clear the water up. But when i have the light on for a little bit, it seems like that the rocks start glowing and the water gets cloudy

I don't know about the rocks, but if you have a slight bacterial bloom in the tank the water can look like its glowing when the lights are turned on. Purigen is good a clearing water, but I found in a newish tank it still does not clear it all.

Try doing daily water changes for a while to see if it helps.
