My gold gourami has developed a lump on his side near his head. He doesnt act sickly still eats etc. He is my largest and most beautiful fish. I sure hope I am not losing him. Does anyone know what this might be and what I can treat him with?.

I had this fish for over 6 months..he is in a 36 gallon tank w 5 small barbs, rainbow shark, pleco, raphael, and a dwarf blue gourami. I will try and take a picture
