Gouramis and Bala sharks mesh well together???

Hello all
Just another quick question.
I am getting a huge fish tank for my Bala sharks.. (75-100gl) I wanted to put a few different kinds of gouramis in with them. DO they do well together? Some gouramis look more peaceful then the sharks and I dont want the balas to stress any of them out.

Interesting, I could see Balas driving a gourami nuts, 3-4 balas will fill a 75 or 100 gallon tank, a small group of fish a foot long take up quite a bit of swimming space. I would think about maybe a bottom dweller or two.

Yeah good thinking on that one. I kinda forgot that they would probably all make use out of the same area in the tank
