Someone please help I tried feeding him frozen brine shrimp but he won't even eat it he's in a 30 gallon tank with 2 platys and 1 albino corycat 1 of my other harlequin rasboras died gonna get more but please help.

Harlequin rasboras are not picky eaters at all, which (in addition to the deaths that you mentioned) leads me to believe that there is something out of whack with your water chemistry, or the fish is sick. Have you tested the water recently? If so, please post the results for ammonia, nitrite, and nitrate. How often do you change water, and what percentage is changed each time? Are the other fish eating? I would not suggest adding any more fish until you figure out what is going on with the tank.
