Harlys with ich

I have just purchased 6 harlequins from my LFS and 3 days after two of them have white spot. I began treatment and just wondered if I should do my weekly water change as normal. I have tested my water everything's ok,

Yes in fact I would do two a week with a vacuum to get the spores out.
How are you treating it?
