Heater in 2.5g blue velvet shrimp tank?

Question for you guys, I have a 2.5 shrimp only tank that I just set up last weekend. I currently have a 100w heater (that I had Laying around). It pretty large for this tank and was looking at getting a small 25w, is it even needed?

Too big of a heater to not fear cooking the little guys. Skip the 100W. If you can keep the tank at around 75F, they should be good. I'd say 72F on the lower side.
