HELP! ICH Getting worse not better!!! To salt or not to Salt!

So I recently added 2 Electric Blue Acara to my 75 gallon community tank and they brought along with them ICH. By the time I noticed it the outbreak was/is bad. I treated with APIs Super ICH Cure and increased Temps for 3 days with zero improvement. It actually worsened. My poor Acaras are covered in what seems to be hundreds of spots. After watching many videos I started treating with ICH-X yesterday. Still see no improvement. A lot of suggestions also say to add salt BUT I have Kuhli Loaches. One of which already died unfortunately. Is there an amount of salt I could add without harming my Loaches or should I stay away from it altogether and hope the ICH-X and increased Temps start to work? Below is my stocking.

3 Electric Blue Acara
5 Panda Cory's
4 Kuhli Loaches (was 5)
4 Dalmatian Molly's
4 Mickey Mouse Platys
1 Clown Pleco

The ridx should work fine. Keep up with wcs and treatment. Keep in mind that the eba will grow large enough to eat anything 2" and under
