Help on the right type of air pump

I have a 150 gallon tank and a 10 gallon tank was trying to find the right size air pump to run a air wall tube in the 150 gallon and a decoration in the 10 gallon.

Any suggestions on which one to get?

I love the tetra whispers, As long as it's rated for the 150 I don't see why it couldn't run something in the 10. I think they're power is based on aquarium depth.
