Help with Buenos Aires Tetra

About a week ago I got 3 BAT's. Interestingly, the largest as of today, I noticed a jacked up dorsal and white discoloration behind. The other 2 are fine and seem to be chasing it. Any ideas if this is aggression based or other? Will check it again in the morning.
