Okay well see I caught some Least Killfish and Eastern Mosquito fish in my local canal, I have two questions. (10 Gallon Tank)

1. Should I use treated tap water or the canal water for the tank
2. I hear Mosquito Fish get agressive will they harm my tiny Killfish?

First off, you shouldn't get fish from the wild, can carry parasites and you can also disturb the local food chain, even if you get 2-3, you could have gotten a pregnant female or a paired female and ruined a chance to get the next generation into the wild
You should be fine, they can get a bit agressive, but should be fine

Well, yes, but I would still not get them, and the killifish are so, not very good, it's pretty irresponsible
But they should be fine

The Gamusia-Mosquito fish are bad news, they are born killers as they need to be. The Least killies are cool little fish to work with.

My advice is to house them in a choked out plant tank or feed off the Gambusia.

Well The Mosquito fish are un-native anyway

Gambusia holbrooki - common name mosquito fish are native to coastal states south of pennsylvainia.
They have been introduced worldwide for malaria control.
