Hermit Crabs

My tank is now cycled and housing 2 Ocellaris clownfish, 2 cleaner shrimp, a turbo snail and 2 hermit crabs. The crabs have been very active cleaning off the live rock but depositing little fragments on the sand wherever they have been, should I be cleaning these up out of the tank or leave them to take natures course? Any advice guys would be appreciated.

I don't know the answer to your question, but want to say Congratulations on getting your tank cycled, fish in and with a clean up crew even!!! YaY for you, way to go!!
