HOB Lights

What are some cheap HOB lights that have blue LEDS? I have a 20 gallon long tank and a 8" long light mounted to it. That's obviously too small so I'm looking for one that's longer, but cheap.

Get some metal desk lamps and put grow lights or low watt halogen in them.
It seems to work quite well and less expensive than LED with more lighting options.

Theres ether that or ebay has inexpensive ones from China but ya gotta wait a month
