Aquarium Advice Regular
I have several Anacharis plants in my 15-gallon guppy tank, but every couple of days, I have to replant many of the smaller stalks. How can I keep them from being uprooted and floating to the top? I've thought about tying small pebbles to the bottom of each stalk to weigh it down, but I don't know if that would hinder the growth or anything like that. My substrate is a mixture between black gravel and black sand, but the area where the Anacharis plants are supposed to be is mostly gravel. The tallest stalk and a few tiny stalks seem to have no problem staying rooted, but I have no idea why they're unaffected yet all the others come up. Any advice is appreciated.
