How good is my lighting

I have a Juwel Rio 240 with stock lighting fixture (2x38w t8) the dimensions are 48" long and 18" tall (water is up to 16")

I have reflectors on it that claim to give 100% extra light, but show minimal visible difference. What is my lighting classed as?? Low, medium, doubt its high.

And what would some suitable plants be. Cheers

I would call your light low to medium low. You are sitting at 1.2 WPG of T8.

Suitable plants:

Java moss, java fern, anubias, some crypts, possibly swords, several others. Check out the link below... it lists a lot of the low light plant options that are out there.
