How many pounds of rock?

Hey!

I am starting to aquascape and I need to get some rocks for the job. The thing is, there is no store around me that sells rocks, so I have to order on the internet. Most sites give me an option of how many pounds I want, but I have no idea the scale of the rocks and if they will fit in my 10 gallon. If anybody has any information I would be very pleased!

Are you talking about the substrate, or larger decorative rocks?

larger rocks such as iwagumi rocks. Thanks!

Well really however much you want. In my 25 I got a large piece of lava rock, then broke a smaller chunk off to put in the corner. Usually, they sell the rocks singly with measurments and weight, so you can get an idea of what you a getting.

Where did you order online from if you remember? All the sites that I have found only give a weight amount that you can buy! :X
