how much daylight watts vs. actinic? ratios

i was wondering what ratios people run with their setups. I mean how much wattage of daylight and actinic...i am trying to see if i should run equal wattages of daylight and actinic...or more daylight than actinic? right now i have a 65 watt bulb that is a 50/50 and then i have a T-5 actinic and daylight each 30 watts and my tank kind of has a blue tint so i maybe wanted to ditch the 50/50 and get a straight up daylight maybe like 8800k?

I run 750 watt's mh 8 hours a day and 440 watts of vho 11 hours a day.

The usual arrangement is a 50/50 split of daylight and actinic.
