How much to feed?

I have a 36g FOWLR with 2 clownfish, tuxedo damsel and clean up crew (peppermint shrimp, 3 white legged hermits, 4 turbo snails). How much and how often should I be feeding? I have flakes and the frozen squares of shrimp.

Be careful with the flakes. They can cause a rise in phosphates. Frozen food is good if you rinse it first and cut it into smaller "cubes" as your critters don't need a whole cube. It will foul the water. Put the smaller ones in a Baggie and freeze. Once every 3-4 days is fine, but I would get at least one other kind of frozen food to give them a variety in their diet.
