How often should I do water changes?

Usually I do water changes once a month, but I want to start doing more. Is it okay to do a change once a week? Or is that to often? Please help!!

Once a week is not too often. Fish love clean water.

Once a week is pretty much the norm unless there's an issue. I do 25% weekly water changes on my 75 gallon. Sometimes I'll do a 50%

Yes your fine. I use Prime, just add to your tank and fill it up.
