How to post new thread

I'd like to ask a question about my hammerhead coral which is shrinking but I don't see any new thread button on the pages under the link about fishes and coral problems.
How do I post a new thread in this section?

Hmm, should be the same way you posted this thread

duhh I found it - was at top of page

On the help & Tech support it's on the bottom of the page, but on the sick fish and coral page it is right at the top. Just didn't see it!
