I plan on restarting both of my aquariums

A 32Gal and a 20Gal. After all the mistakes I've done, I've learned many things by researching, so I wanna start again.

I've wanting to keep Cichlids, can I mix 2 "Pseudotropheus saulosi" in a 32Gal with Blue Rams and Platies/or/Tetras?

Or can I put a pair of Bolivian and GBR in a 32Gal?

You can keep one pair of bolivian or gbr's, but not a pair of each. They would tear each other up when breeding. And, you can't do any africans with rams.
