Ich treated and gone, but still white spots?

So about a month and a half ago i tarted heat treatment for ich. Turning up my heater to 88 and its been there ever since. The original ich has gone, but on two of my fish they have ich looking spots around the base of there tails. I have been wanting to lower the temp to regular, but these spots have not gone away ( had temp up for a month and a half, ich went away in 3 rd week but the tail spots stayed.) i have not seen these fish flashing off of the leaves either Here are some pictures.
