This is my first go around with ick on my coral beauty angel and any fish and I was just wondering if you guys could recommend any specific type of treatment..it's not bad right now but I want to get treatment right away tomorrow..he is eating and swimming fine..should I get a small tank and put him in it for the treatment? Or what should I do?

What size dt do you have. How many fish? Do you plan on moving all fish to qt? If so that'll tell you what size qt you need to get. I'd set up at least a 20g, bare bottom, with a filter, heater, light and some floss from your dt filter pad. After its all set up start treating with cupramine.

They say to never treat your display tank because its nearly impossible to remove the copper from the tank. Also copper will kill any inverts that you may have.
