That does not look like a peacock at all IMO.

It's difficult for me to tell what it is from the photo, but the shape of the head and mouth suggests either OB Labeotropheus fuelleborni or OB Labeotropheus trewavasae.

I'd agree with either of these two... probably some combination of the two.

It's not a peacock, just because it's OB doesn't mean it's a peacock. It's more than likely some Mbuna mutt with OB coloration.
