no clue but i'm interested since i have some too. From the research i've done it looks like they might be a species of Aptasia but i'm not positive on that.

Majanos aren't clear though are they?

They can be. The ones I've had, had clear tentacles with white tips. The base was a pinkish color though.

Majano is just like apitasia so yea it's bad.

Have a look on google at pseudocorynactis, doesnt look so much like majano to me.

Ok after googling it resembles the pseudocorynactis

Oh I don't know they resemble the majano too hmm should I just get rid of it to be safe??

Ive had these before. They are called "pseudocorynactis". They can sting other corals but are actually harmless because they dont spread to other rocks. I just left mine there and i never had a problem. Actually i think mine eventually dies off.

I had the exact same one as in your pic. But some look really nice like this one:

The first one in the thread is a pseudocorynactis. The second one I do believe is a majano.
