I have a 1 gallon tank empty since I upgraded my betta to a 5 gallon. What can I put in a 1 gallon? Ghost shrimp? Frog?

.Tthere are plenty of online sources and most mom&pop fish stores have em. Aquabid.com has em.

Are They more expensive then ghost shrimp or same price?

Probably a bit more. But they're smaller than ghost shrimp, so would fit the one gallon tank better. I've heard that ghost shrimp get aggressive to each other in crowded conditions.
